Speechie Keen is a small private practice where therapies are provided within the home or community site of the family’s choosing in order to teach strategies and skills that can carry over across environments. At Speechie Keen, we strive to make therapy fun and engaging while simultaneously teaching caregivers ways to practice at home to optimize future success. We not only work with children but with caregivers by providing them with strategies that should be used outside of the therapy setting, enabling children to become more successful in their goals, thus requiring less time in therapy.

Services Provided
Speechie Keen provides a variety of services and works with a large variety of children’s needs.
Comprehensive Evaluations
Language, speech, and feeding evaluations determine a child’s strengths and needs through a combination of standardized testing, caregiver interviews, and behavioral observation.
Language, Speech, and Feeding Treatment
45-minute language, speech, and feeding treatment in your home or community setting with individualized and personalized goals.
Screenings, Consults, and Parent Coaching
Phone screenings are offered to evaluate caregiver concerns and determine recommended next steps. Consults and Parent Coaching are offered to teach caregivers strategies to elicit specific skills.
Judgement-Free Support
We as caregivers are trying to figure out what works best for our children. At Speechie Keen, we will never judge you or your family for the type or amount of support you or your child needs. We provide whatever support you need in a caring and compassionate way.
Fun, Creative, Passionate Care
At Speechie Keen, we are incredibly passionate about the therapies we provide. We want the kids we work with to enjoy what they’re doing to help make learning the skills easier.
Meet Your Clinician
Meghan Partlow, MS, CCC-SLP
Hi, I’m Meghan, the owner and clinician of Speechie Keen. I earned my Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Emerson College in Boston, MA. Upon graduation in 2020, I moved to PA with my husband and started my career as a speech language pathologist. I’ve worked in numerous settings, including early intervention, schools, outpatient clinics, and home-based settings. I am incredibly passionate about working with children and their families to help them learn skills to enable independence. I consider myself a life-long learner and pride myself on keeping an open mind. Outside of work, I am a proud mother of two young children who are my world and greatest accomplishment.
